José Auriemo Neto was educated in Sao Paulo, at the Fundacao Armando Álvares Penteado University. His work for JHSF Participacoes SA was established in 1993. He established his reputation in 1997 when he was still a bidding executive. He created a company called Parkbem, which handled the management of parking lots. This was followed by more success in 1998, when he received the rights to the development of the Shopping Santa Cruz, the first shopping development of the company.
